Pallavi Tivarekar has completed Bachelor's in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Maharashtra University of Health Science (India) and Diploma in Yoga. She also stood first in merit at the university and is a professional member of Australasian Association of Ayurveda (AAA).

 

She was recognised by world's one of the leading herbal products company Himalaya with prestigious 'Jivaka' award for year 2003.

 

She is a fully qualified and experienced Ayurveda Practitioner and lifestyle consultant with over 14 years of experience. She has worked in India and Melbourne as an Ayurveda Consultant and yoga trainer.

 

After completing six years of studies Pallavi started working with multispeciality Sahyadri Hospitals as a House doctor. Passionate about Ayurveda soon she established her clinic 'Arogya' where she helped many patients to overcome their health conditions. Pallavi is a certified Yoga teacher, She believes that yoga is also an important component of our busy lifestyle. So, she started spreading yoga knowledge and teaching yoga-pranayama in different well-known health clubs. 

 

Pallavi has been practicing and spreading her in-depth knowledge of Ayurveda and yoga in Australia. She is extremely focused and passionate about helping people through Ayurveda, yoga, and various natural health therapies. Her expertise is in women's health related issues and treating wide range of medical conditions through Ayurveda Herbal medicines and treatments. Furthermore, she is a competent panchakarma (natural detox) specialist.
