PUPPP rash usually begins to appear in third trimester around 35th week of pregnancy.

How to prevent PUPPP

Since no one is sure what causes PUPPP exactly there is not guaranteed way to prevent it. You can make healthy diet and lifestyle to prevent your chances getting it like strengthening abdominal muscles before pregnancy, yoga, detox (Panchakarma in Ayurveda) before pregnancy to clear load on liver and other excretory organs.

When the rash will go away

Rash disappears on its own with in few weeks to months after delivery.
